Millenium Celebration is a very attractive figurinfrom Royal Doulton, she was issued in 1999 to 2001 only and modelled by Valerie Annand. She is dressed in a top and skirt in lemon and pale blue,she is holding an open fan decorated with flowers to match the decoration on her pretty lemon top her long wavy hair is dark blond and her eyes are blue - really lovely!
