Except for Canada, minimum sales price for international sales is $4.99; no international buyers other than Canadians will be permitted to offer on lower priced items.
WHAT ARE PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS?
PayPal required, per \'s rules. If you cannot pay via Paypal, please contact me. I ask that PayPal payment be complete within 72 hours after end of sale. If payment is not complete within 7 days, per rules, item may be considered “unpaid” and may be reposted for sale to someone else.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Items are usually shipped on next business day after receipt of CLEARED payment. ALL items are shipping within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified.
WHAT DOES ‘FREE SHIPPING’ MEAN?
Certain items are sold with free shipping within the United States. These are shipped via USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise noted in the listing or unless the item is ineligible for Media Mail. No free shipping to Canada or other international destinations.
IS DISCOUNTED SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES?
Yes, shipping is discounted for items purchased within 48 hours. Items with free shipping are NOT eligible unless you choose to upgrade the shipping options and pay for the shipping anyway.
Shipping costs are discounted for multiple items purchased within 48 hours as follows:
--1st item (always the item with the highest shipping cost): Full cost.
--2nd, 3rd, and 4th item (items with the next highest shipping costs): Half price shipping for each item. NOTE: Canadian buyers will be given 1/2 price shipping on ALL subsequent items purchased within 48 hours.
--USA BUYERS ONLY: 5th and subsequent items: Flat fee of $1 per item for each item weighing less than 8 oz. each (such as CDs), $1.50 per item for items weighing 8-15.99 oz., and $2 per item for items weighing a pound or more.
--MEDIA MAIL is available only for USPS-approved media items shipped within the USA: Books, commercially recorded videotapes, CDs and DVDs, and other prerecorded media. No other items qualify, including magazines, movie memorabilia, clothes and press kits. Items that do not qualify for Media Mail are shipped via First Class Mail (up to 12 oz.) or Priority Mail.
CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ON ITEMS VIA MEDIA MAIL AND OTHER SHIPPING METHODS?
Items shipped at MEDIA MAIL rate MAY BE combined with items ineligible for Media Mail (see below) to get the shipping discount, but it is the seller’s option as to whether to combine all items into one non-Media Mail package or to ship Media Mail items separately from items that may not be shipped via Media Mail (such as movie memorabilia and magazines).
CAN MY ITEM(S) BE SHIPPED VIA MEDIA MAIL?
The US Postal Service has strict rules on what is eligible for Media Mail. Many items DO NOT quality, including (but not limited to) comic books and magazines, press kits, movie memorabilia, CDs or DVDs that are shipped with press information or other bonuses, and so on. If Media Mail is not offered as an option on an item, it is probably not legally eligible.
WHY DOES SHIPPING COST MORE THAN POSTAGE?
Postage is only one factor in shipping & handling costs. Shipping costs also include careful packaging, the cost of labels and ink and envelopes and bubble wrap and tape and so on, the time required to prepare the item, and other expenses incurred by the seller. Because no longer allows separate, optional charges for shipping insurance, the cost of insuring packages against damage by USPS must now be paid by every buyer, without exception. All these costs are calculated to allow the seller to break even on these costs, not to increase seller’s profits.
CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING?
Packages that are lost or damaged in shipping are eligible for purchase-price refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return of the damaged item or other PROOF OF SHIPPING DAMAGE WILL BE REQUIRED before the refund is issued. This process may take up to two weeks after damaged item is received.
WHAT’S THE SHIPPING METHOD FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
All shipments to Canada under two pounds in weight are shipped via International First Class Mail. Additional costs are incurred above postage, packaging, and handling costs because of additional paperwork and labor involved in international shipments.
