I am a long-time Disney Vacation Club owner holding the following desirable reservations booked on speculation for the rental market. I booked these at exactly 11 months in the owner\'s priority window. No full weeks available in late November/early December now.
These are my personal points, lots of rental experience, references.
I\'ll need your email address to send the existing confirmation to you, along with a simple email contract that explains everything and a list of former renter references.Exchanging email addresses is fine with a classified ad, but should the bots give you an error message, call me and leave your address. YOU NEED TO MAKE A VERBAL COMMITMENT TO RENT AT THE LISTING PRICE IN ORDER FOR ME TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS. Of course, you can ask any questions via the message system and make the verbal commitment this way.
You print out the contract, sign/date and return with USA check (personal or bank) payment in full. I then order a new confirmation and forward it to you. At that time, you can create/login at mydisneyexperience.com and begin making plans that will be uploaded onto your magic bands, sent to you a few weeks out from checkin. Magic Bands are included. I have been doing this a long time; your money and vacation are safe with me.
You can add free Magic Express transportation to/from MCO (I have a link) and an optional Disney Dining Plan with your credit card and expiry date (I must add this for you).
There are no taxes or additional fees at checkin.This rental is final; there are no full or partial refunds. I shall re-book for you ONCE within the life of the points and availability at all resorts (gets tight within seven months). These points expire 8/30/19.
