This top is new with tags & from a smoke free home. It measures approximately 29.5\" across the chest & 30\" long.

If this is a clothing item - I take extra time measuring each item. I do not accept returns due to the item not fitting. I include the basic measurements - I do not have time to measure every detail. Please look at the measurements closely - you can not always rely on the size tags. Clothing may run small or large.

I almost always add a best offer to my listings. Please feel free to make reasonable offers. I refuse to answer \"what\'s the lowest amount you will take questions\" - just make the offer & we can always compromise :-)

I always try to ship your item as safely & reasonably as possible. I do live in California, so if you live on the east coast the shipping may seem high. I am amazed by how high the calculated shipping is at times, but I do not make any extra money from shipping. Although this seems obvious - it may take a package longer to get to you the further away you live from California. I usually ship within 1 business day - I have no control of it once I drop it off at the post office.

If I totally screw up please let me know - I make mistakes. Please don\'t just leave poor response. I am always willing to work with you.

I expect payment within 48 hours if a best offer is accepted. If there is no payment made within that time frame, \'s unpaid item assistant will automatically open an unpaid item. If you require a little more time to pay, please contact me.
