This lamp is in good condition and works. It takes a smaller light bulb and the base is plastic. Perfect for a little girl\'s room. The light turns on and off with an easy pull chain. Please review all the photos carefully for the condition as it is a used item. There appears to be some glue residue on a couple of panels of the lamp by the pearl border. I think it is from the original production of the lamp, but I have tried to photograph it so you can see for yourself. Thanks for looking!
