Up for sale is a pair of Disney Store Exclusive First Edition 9\" U-Command Wall-E and a 10.5\" U-Command Eve both with their original remotes.The First Edition are the original Remote Control figures released for the Disney Pixar movie Wall-E in 2008. Subsequent action figures were manufactured by Thinkway Toys. Unlike the Thinkway versions, these figures use radio control and have independent left and right drive motors. Needless to say, a working pair complete with their respective remotes is a RARE find.As mentioned, both figures have full directional controls - forward, backward, turn left and turn right. Wall-E turns his head to the direction of travel either left or right. It can also extend (active pose) and retract (rest or power down) its neck and arms via remote control. Eve raises her right arm to reveal a red LED that simulates her firing her laser as in the movie. Her blue eyes also change \"expressions\" via a button on her remote. Both play movie sound effects activated through their respective remotes. (See Pictures)ISSUES:
The forward/reverse joystick of the Wall-E remote responds properly only when pushed midway, it stops when the joystick is pushed/pulled all the way. Internal contacts maybe possibly dirty. Noticeable yellowing on the Eve figure including the remote.
