Shipping and handling is NOT just postage. I also insure any package over $14.99 which is an additional $1.75 minimum charge for up to $50 coverage. It appears the USPS loses a lot of packages! I also have to pay PAYPAL fees which are calculated on the selling price. charges us listing and selling fees. A sale of $9.99 costs me $3.96 in and PAYPAL fees (this doesn’t include any of my shipping supplies). The shipping fees I charge DO NOT cover my costs! I do NOT make money on shipping fees. I charge a $1.00 per additional pin purchased and paid for in one payment. If you buy additional pins, sends an automatic invoice. Please do not pay from this. I have to send a combined invoice with the shipping discounts included. I CAN NOT pass on shipping discounts if you pay per pin. I am charged PAYPAL fees on EACH transaction. Please pay within7 days after you purchase an item. If you plan on buying more pins and need more time, please email me. sends an automatic unpaid item case if you have not paid after7 days.

All sellers on are NOT charged the same selling and listing fees. Sellers that make this a full time job with higher sales receive larger discounts than the sellers that do this for fun/part time. So the shipping fees charged can vary a lot from each seller due to these discounts.

Shipping time is within one day of mail service. Sundays there is no mail service so it will be Monday the soonest your pin can ship if bought on a Saturday.

Even if it’s only in one category and even if the “Positive” box has been checked, and charges sellers with just a few 1’s & 2’s up to 20% higher sale fees. These higher fees have to be passed on the buyers in the form of higher starting offers and reserves.

I ship only within the USA because I am held responsible by POLICY that you receive the item I sell. If you do not receive your purchase, ’s policy requires me to refund the complete purchase price plus shipping. I may consider shipping outside the USA only if I agree with the buyer to do so and am released from all responsibilities after I ship the pin. I cannot insure pins shipped outside the USA because of the high costs involved. I also will charge a slightly higher shipping fee if I ship outside the USA because I have to go across town to the Post Office to ship International which requires more time and gas. I cannot ship these packages from home.

has changed it’s policies with the item condition. According to ’s policy a “NEW” item must be in original packaging which includes the original backcard and plastic. This is a little hard to do with older pins. A pin can be in good or new shape but if the original card or packaging in not intact it is not considered “NEW.” My listings will list if the original backcard is included. I do not put pins on any black backcard. If my listings state “NEW” and MOC that will means that it is on the original backcard. Beware of sellers placing pins on any backcards and saying it is new. If my pin does not have a backcard, it is usually in good shape but I cannot list it as “New” according to ’S policy so I will leave the condition blank.
