some time i carve pipes by my self, using a very big extra extra plateau from TUSCANY, 5 years seasoned.i use rotative tools only for the holes. to carve the pipes i use only rasps and grinding paper ( from 80 to 1200 gr) i\'ve used the external part of plateau: the oldest and the hardest only pure carnauba waxABOUT THE NAME: in the garden of my Old Country House there is a private little Chapel with some relics of Saint Florian ( a Roman Soldier) , and i carve the pipes under the near trees in peace with me and with the world ( i\'m not a professional pipe maker and i need these moments )ABOUT THE PRICE: i know very well that i\'m not a Danish pipe maker but i make you sure that these kind of plateau are very very expensive and i take around 5 hours to make a pipe, so i think this is a honest price
