This is a beautiful mid century Italian art pottery donkey figurine with a cart that can be used as a planter, flower pot or a vase!It is hand formed and glazed in multiple colors. Themeasurementsof it are:9 1/2\" tall - from the front hoof to the top of the ear,apr. 11\" long from the muzzle to the back of the cart,5\" wide at the back of the wheels.
It has some flaws: the right ear was previously glued, but it was done very skillfully. There is a chip in the right side of the bow and the top of the cart has some glaze chipped of.
It is marked on the base 3899 A ITALY FF.
