Smooth grained leather. The red, resin-coated interior features a slip pocket and detachable zippered pouch to keep contents organized. The leather is a hard leather, which causes it to hold its shape and not sag. Very beautiful purse. $398 value and currently on the Dooney and Burke website if you would like to see more pics and info. The bag has gold feet on the bottom.Barely used (twice).
