CONDITION:

The cover has edge wear that appears to be a factory flaw - looks as if book was cut with a dull blade. There are also some dull spots in the glossy finish and some surface rub wear. The spine is flat and tight. The pages are clean and crisp with sharp corners. The signature penmanship is a little sloppy, but it is clean and smudge-free.This will make a fantastic addition to any collection!

Prior to writing the screenplay for Dreamgirls, Bill Condon won an Academy Award for writing the screenplay of Gods and Monsters. He also earned an Academy Award nomination for the screenplay of Chicago. As a director his movies include The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, Kinsey, Mr Holmes, The Fifth Estate, and Walt Disney Picture\'s 2017 live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast.

Dreamgirls opened on Broadway in 1981 directed by Michael Bennett. It ran for over 1500 performances and won six Tony Awards. The 2006 movie adaption directed by Bill Condon won over three dozen awards including two Academy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and a Grammy Award.
