We do ship internationally, but please keep in mind that we do not have control over CUSTOMS. Sometimes items are delayed in that country’s Customs office for several days, and even, weeks. Returns are accepted, but we ask that you please let us know prior to opening a case or sending anything back so that we are aware of the situation and we can start the necessary process to accept your returned item. Do note that we do not cover return shipping nor do we refund original shipping unless there was a mistake on our end. The buyer is responsible for return shipping if they chose to send any items back to us, and they will be refunded their purchase price less the original shipping charges. Items must also be returned in the exact same condition as they were sold. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
