No idea what this was to be used for so will leave up to you to decide! It is solid not plate (or your money back) and the windmill bit turns around. I can’t find any marks but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any! But I’ve given it a good look and can’t see any.

I can’t tell you how old it is, only that I’ve had it for at least 30 years and I can’t remember where I got it. I’d suggest it’s not quite Antique but it could be. The quality is good and it’s a nice thick gauge of silver and the Dutch/Flemish tavern scene is good fun and very crisply done.
