From the Estate of a Clock Collector comes this large, very ornate French looking Wall Clock with Romantic Pastoral Scene by Fragonard Litograph Artwork in Center and on 15\" adjustable Pendulum. Roman numerals on dark blue background with dark blue hands. The front is all metal and brass, with two heavy brass 10 1/2\" x 1 1/2\" Cylinder shaped weights. Clock measures 20\" high, 29 1/2\" overall with pendulum x 11\" wide x 4\" deep. The movement is in a cream colored plastic housing. Marked on movement: E. Schmeckenbecher H65/72 Made in W. Germany. Photo shows movement without the plastic cover (included). Believed to be made circa 1960-early 70s in West Germany.Comes from a smoke free home.

CONDITION: Excellent cosmetic condition without damage. No loss of decor. Few craze lines on litho pendulum. It sounds great, bimbams properly, but stops after about 10 minutes. Believe it just needs a little adjusting as it is so clean.
