Early 1900\'s Emerson Brass and Iron Electric Ceiling Fan

I purchased this Emerson Fan along with 3 other fans from a farm estate sale near Graham, TX

The saleeer said the fans were taken out of an OLD HOTEL in Wichita Falls, TX.

I HAVE 2 GENERAL ELECTRIC FANS AVAILABLE IF INTERESTED.

The owner bought them over 40 years ago when renovation was being done to the hotel.He hung them from a rafter in his barn.

So the fan has been out of weather and in storage for over 40 years.

The original wooden bladesare with the fan.

This fan appears to be infairly nice condition. I do not see any chips or cracks in the metaI. Just old paint. Some flaking and peeling.

Ijust dusted it off. There were and are some dirt dauber nests inside. Very little if any surface rust.

It has not beentested for functionality. The motor or blades turn smoothly by hand.

Sold for Restoration or Repair... As Is....

I would guess the age ofthis fan to be around the turn of the century.


Shipping is going to be an expense. Cost will depend on location. I will pack well and ship for the least amount I can. Local pick up would be great but I will ship within the USA.. I think internationally would be too expensive.
