EARLY 1951 Herman Miller Ash LCM Lounge Chair Metal Charles Eames:

Charles Eames designed LCM for Herman Miller. Date stamped 12-51. The black paint is in amazing condition. One leg has some rubbing and very, very minor rust around the feet. I would rate it a 9/10. The veneer is in fantastic condition with one minor spot on the seat (pictured) and some areas where the veneers are separating as they age which is common among early plywood veneer chairs. Only minor issue is the glue on the back rest has come loose on one shock. I have left this alone and figured I would leave it to the buyer to restore. I have done NO modifications or touch ups to this chair. I have not oiled or used any cleaning product on it. If any thing was done or used it was by the previous owner.

All my items are vintage unless otherwise stated. Some use and wear is to be expected. I do my best to photograph everything but sometimes issues are missed.
