This is an old Regency 4 tier wooden spice tower standing 7.7 inches in height and 3.4 inches across.The tower probably dates to the first half of the 1800s.As shown it has had a hard life and is in as found condition with a lot of rubbing and wear [ old treated wormholes ].The tower would have had paper labels on each section.The sections are threaded and these still work well.It has a nice dark colour and patina.This nice old early 19th Century wooden spice tower would still grace any collection or sit very well in any period or contemporary setting.Thanks for viewing and please take a look in my shop for many more interesting old items.
