Has a recess to the hat for a spoon.

Wonderful portrayal and facial detail of the standing male figure with a jug of ale being held in his hand.

As of previous to the top rim of the circular hats circumference: the blue willow pattern & decoration which:

is repeated to the circumference of the base.

It hasan overall height of about 5.5inches.
