This is 496 of 3000. Very difficult to find a low number of this volume.

The book is in my opinion mint condition as the photos show. The binding is tight and even for the photo of the signatures, the book was not opened all the way.

As the photo shows, the book comes with the three certificates of authenticity, one for each signature.
