You are looking at a Vintage Edgefield(Alkaline Glazes) Pottery Jug. The JUG is from Edgefield, South Carolina and the Jug sometimes have the \"Speckle Effect\" on the Outside Surface of the Jug( telling you that it is Edgefield Pottery). Jug has a \"3\" Inside a STAR(indicating it is a 3 Gallon Jug) and also has a \"G\" on the Bottom Edge of the Jug(indicating Gallon). Jug measures approximately 16\" inches(Tall) and 33\" inches(in Diameter). Small chip on the Lip of Jug and a hairline crack on Handle of Jug(Hairline...Does Not Effect Handle Stability & Integrity).
