This isastunning ORIGINAL EDWARDIAN RUBY AND DIAMOND ring set in 18 CTyellow ( hallmarked 18ct).

Set in this high quality setting is one stunning natural and tested RUBY, surrounded immediately by 8 lovely natural vibrant old cut DIAMONDS.

The RUBY measures approximately 2.5mm, it has a beautiful colour, and is in good condition.

Surrounding the RUBY are 8 natural old cut diamonds, these measure just over 1.5 mm each. Each diamond weights 0.025cts

The total ring head size is 6.5mm. The ruby and diamond cluster is set in a raised fashion onto the thick gold band.

Thecluster sits in total 4mm high from the finger.

All the diamonds are held very securely by amilligram setting. The diamonds could do with a good clean.

The ring is size GB V 1/2 US 11- this can easily be resized. The shank is thick, and very high quality with a lovely rounded antique feel.

Thering weighs 5.8 grams .
