Collectors sometimes refer to these machines as “flattop” trade stimulators – since they are housed in a rectangular cabinet. Theyare rather simplistic in their design and appearance which makes them elegantwhen you consider how effective they were at separating a player from theirmoney!

The ELECTRIC SPINNER game has three dice. The playersimply decides the coin to wager (penny, nickel) and drops it into the slot inthe front of the case.

The dice table rotates by an electric motor (hence, thename of the machine!) - - with the inserted coin actually serving to completethe electrical circuit!

The player can hold the plunger in to allow the tableto spin - - and then when it is released the rotation stops.

There is a “watch window” on the side of the cabinet toinspect and confirm a coin was actually played (not a slug).

The game is in fine working condition – with the woodencabinet have a bit of wear here and there but overall retaining the originalfinish and looking quite good.

The game card graphics are in very good condition aswell – with some minor loss to graphics up above the pay schedule (see photo) –not detracting much from the overall appeal of the machine.

The card is covered with clear Lucite – it is routed onone edge to fit into the cabinet so it looks as though plexi was chosen in lieuof glass. It looks good and is free ofmajor scratches or cracks.

The back door is wood and original – it has a vintageCORBIN lock but there is no key. The lock is in the open position and it staysin place on the game with no issue.

Overall a very nice 100% working example of a finevintage pre-war trade stimulator.
