EXCELLENT CONWAY STEWART EXECUTIVE 60 FOUNTAIN PEN - BLUE PEARL MARBLE. DURO NIB:

This is a Conway Stewart Executive 60 fountain pen in Blue Pearl marble which dates from the 1950\'s. It is 13cm long and is a lever-filler with gold-plated trim.

The barrel imprint reads \'Conway Stewart. Executive 60\'. There is also \'Made in England\' around the barrel. The lever has the CS logo and the imprint on the Medium nib is \'Duro. Conway Stewart. 14ct Gold\'.

The cap has a single broad band and the diamond-pointed clip bears the CS logo.

It can be seen that the pen is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, scratches or dings, the barrel imprint is well defined and there is minimal surface wear. The trim is lovely with no wear and the nib is very good.

I have overhauled the pen and replaced the sac. The lever operation is smooth, the pen fills nicely and is a lovely writer.

This is the only Executive 60 I have ever encountered so presumably not too many were manufactured. This pen is in excellent condition and fully functional. It would enhance any collection and I\'m sure that the buyer will be delighted with it. As always, however, a full refund will be offered if he/she is not completely satisfied with the purchase.
