Welcome to my sale -Up for your considerationis this, retired, David Winter Cottage, "Shirehall" from The Heart of England Series with original box. This nice little cottage was firstintroduced in 1985, retired 1995. This one does not have the label on the bottom but it is on the box as shown.

PLEASE NOTE - I have several David Winter Cottages from the estate of a collector and do combine sales and reduce shipping when ever possible so don\'t miss out on these great deals - no reasonable offer refused!

CONDITION - The cottage is in very fine, pre-owned condition! Very nice well cared for, very clean, no significant damage noticed, a few little white specks. Box is nice and solid, does not have foam packing material but I don\'t believe the smaller pieces did, will be packaged well for shipping.

SIZE - Cottage stands approximately 2 3/4" tall, 3 1/2" by 2" across the base.
