click picture to lace is an exceptional handmade lace originating in the town of Normandy, France. Handmade with a \"patchwork\" of fine french net embroidered pieces, formed together to make an exceptional lace piece. Highly collectible and rare to find today.

This beautiful piece was never used and is in EXCELLENT condition. We have examined closely and found but one tiny seam is open...no repairs, no holes, no damage of any kind.

Cream in color. All cotton.

On the back there is a small label that reads, Made In France.

The base measures 88\" x 53 1/2\" and the sides and bottom ruffles are 16\" long. We show it on a full size bed.

Exceptionally fine, a beautiful piece from the turn of the 19th century!
