This beautiful antique French closing catch would have been to embellish a cape, a cloak or even a religious vestment.
I have left it just as I found it and it will polish as required.
A filigree display that is engraved with scrolls and curls I have left it just as I found it and it would polish as required.
The two peoples hook together and are all good and strong.
Each piece has three rings at the back for fixing.
When joined together it measures:
Width 4.75\"
Max height 2\".
A genuine period confection for any couture projects or collection.
