Here for sale is a truly special antique clock. Probably from the 1800\'s the clock is in extremely fine condition. The case is what I am calling inlaid black slate as can be seen in the photos. The movement is unmarked however is typical of Japy Freres or Marti and works smoothly keeping great time. Worn on the dial is the name Shreve Crump & Low the historic Boston Landmark Store that has been there since 1796. Clocks today sell for many thousands of dollars and this clock being sold here is to be considered a true treasure. A most special gift with the holidays now upon us please do not let this rare opportunity go with and very low start price.
