Marilyn Monroe Seated Porcelain Doll w/Stool & COA

Condition: Pre-owned, in EXCELLENT condition. Comes with hang tag. No original packaging or box included. Seller didn\'t find any noticeable damage on the doll, although there is one very slight mark on her arm. Seller didn\'t attempt to remove the mark. It may rub off easily with soap & water or a magic eraser because it looks like simple transfer smudge rather than something significant like a chip or a stain.

Pictures: I\'ve included a photo collage above from the 1955 Marilyn Monroe photo session with Milton Greene at the Bauman studio for reference. All doll photos above are of the actual doll the buyer will receive. Please review them as they are part of the detailed description.

Description:

EXQUISITE \"Unforgettable Marilyn\" collectible seated porcelain portrait doll of Marilyn Monroe with wooden stool and COA from The Franklin Mint. This doll set recreates a 1955 color photograph of Marilyn taken by Milton Greene at the Bauman studio in NY. Unforgettable Marilyn is wearing a beautiful reproduction of the outfit from that photo session, including a black skirt and a vest that\'s green in front and gold in back. The 2002 copyright and Franklin Mint trademark information is stamped on Marilyn\'s lower back. This doll\'s unique registry number is # A1625.

NOTE: The dolls arms are jointed and will swing upward until they are almost over her head. However, as is typical with the Unforgettable Marilyn dolls I\'ve seen before, both arms don\'t swing far enough downwards & backwards to actually rest on the stool\'s edge as was originally intended. I was afraid of breaking the porcelain, so I made no attempts to force the arms back onto the stool as you can see in photos above. But while moving the doll around to take photos, I did manage to get her left arm in position so that it appeared to be grabbing the stool. Don\'t know if it\'s possible to get the right arm to do the same.
