It is of German origin circa 1900 and has ELABORATE DETAILING, made of fancy embossed soft silver metal! It measures a total of 5 1/8\" talland 2 1/2\" wide across the side of the frame, with a base measuring 3\" wide and 3/4\" deep, and the oval mirror including its frame is 3\" tall and 1 3/4\" wide while the mirror itself measures 2\" tall by 1 1/4\" wide.

The wonderful little gem has FANCY FILIGREE scrolling in every possible place, enhanced with a FEMININE FLORAL motif------even the footed base has AMAZING WORKMANSHIP! The mirror swivels back and forth in the frame, and we couldn\'t decide which end looks best as the top or the bottom; it would make logical sense the crown would go at the bottom to act as a stopping point for the mirror, but the crown on top has a more esthetic appeal-----we will let you decide if you want form or function! The mirror has it\'s original CARDBOARD BACK, and with some minor age issues including a petal missing from one of the flowers in the center of the scroll at the bottom, and some slight bending in places to the metal, it is in overall DISPLAY READY condition and still retains a gorgeous vibrant silver finish!
