Here is a wonderful and unusual antique Chinese embroidery. It is very small -- only 6 x 7 inches -- so the embroidery is truly at a micro level. What is interesting is that the silk floss is backed with a thin layer of gold sheets which can be seen depending on light reflection. Very bright and colorful!Fabulous and unusual piece!
