This is a very early 1800s coin silver spoon by C.J. Wingate. It\'s semi rare. The tip has a rolled edge on one side and the very early hand engraving is worn, both obviously from decades of cutting and serving food portions properly right handed. It\'s a large and heavy spoon. It measures 8 1/2 inches in length and weighs 41.8 grams.The low starting offer will reflect on the heavy wear.
