For sale is this amazing finely made Art Deco Desk Clock with a unique geometrical design. I believe it to be circa 1920\'s - 30\'s. The key that winds the clock is missing. I took a close up photo of the key shaft using a toothpick as a pointer. I wound the clock spring using the key from the alarm. It wound up all the way and the clock started running but after several minutes stops. When you shake the clock it starts running again. The spring appears to be good. When winding the alarm, it will wind several times then slightly slips. The alarm does work. The overall condition of the works appears to be very clean. No corrosion as seen in photos. I\'m not an expert on clocks but this clock may need adjustments or repair to have it running accurately. I am selling this clock not working and AS IS. The glass crystal on the clock is thick and beveled and in very good condition. May be a few very light scratches as seen in photos. The case and stand of this clock are unique and precision made. It is two-toned chrome over solid metal and is heavy. The case is in very good condition throughout with slight wear in some areas and mild scratches. On the bottom of the clock there are metal foot pads attached by machine screws. One screw is missing. The dial face is black with gold numbers and is in very good condition. Hands show slight aging. Numbers are all clear. No damage or deterioration. Marked below the number 12 \"SEMCA\". Marked below the number 6 \"FRANCE\". Overall condition of this clock I believe to be very good considering the age. Clock measures approx. 3\" high. Base of clock measures approx. 5\" long x 1-1/2\" wide.
