Early 20thC East Indian Bronze BALAKRISHNA:

A bronze of exceptional quality and detail, probably from Bengal, it is 100+ years old with a patina to match. It shows Krishna as a crawling child holding a butterball and with body and head holes for additional adornments. There are remnants of worship/cleaning in the incise detail. The bronze has no casting defects or damage, its overall dimensions are 8cm w. 11cm d. and 12cm h and weighs approx 1kg.
