Fabulous early German Prussian silver coffee pot & cream pitcher.

Elaborate detailedhandles having asnake coiled on a branch about to devoura nesting bird.

The body is melon shaped having fruit or gourd& leaf finial top.Fantastic scrolled feet and spout.

The only hallmarks I could find are the number 12 which indicates it to be 750 grade silver and the letter K which is likely the city in which it was made.

Although there is no date marks, there is a smallengraving on just below handle that reads \'ACM 25 Dec 1855.\' So this piece is over 150 years old and could be much older.

Total approximate weight for both pieces is 935 grams.

Also comes withstrainer bucket, not sure if this piece is silver or not but it weighs about 69 grams.

Coffee pot stands about 9.5\" tall by 9.25\" wide and cream pitcher is 5\" tall by 5.75\" wide. Very good condition having a few small, minor dings/scratches consistent with age.
