Description: A classic American art pottery shape made by the Haeger Pottery of Illinois in the early 20th century, this is an example of their Eve vase. Of the four sizes made in this shape, this is the second-largest. It is glazed in a heavy burgundy red glaze, which has taken on an almost orange peel aspect along the underside.Size: 11\" across handles, 7.75\" tall, 9.5\" in diameter at the foot.Mark: Unmarked, as is all early Haeger.Condition: 0.25\" glaze chip to the interior of the rim. Some very slight glaze crazing, which can only be seen under very close examination, several glaze pops, otherwise fine.Shipping weight is 8.5 lbs.
