For sale is a master salt spoon in the popular IVY pattern byWhiting, originally patented by Henry Hebbard. The spoon is 3 13/16 inches long and weighs 10 grams. The bowl has a stippledfinish. The piece is monogrammed “Mason”on the handle front. The spoon is marked“PAT.1866”, “STERLING\" nd “RODDIN & HAMILTON”.

Condition on the spoon is fairly good. The bowl and stem have a rough surface, possibly from a chemical tarnish removal, but it is not too bad. A decent piece in a great old pattern!
