All Antique and Vintage Rosaries that I list come from my private collection. They are genuine antiques § older than 100 years § or genuine vintages § from 30 to 100 years old. All are in perfect condition and still very much usable. They are unique and a real pleasure to collect or still use.

This is a 5 decade, Italian, Catholic Rosary dating from the early days of the XXth Century.

All aspects of this rosary, such as its beautiful shiny jet faceted beads, its unusually large Ave maria Center and large cross, all contribute to make it impressive and of high rarity and therefore a much sought after collector\'s.

It is made of beautiful high quality faceted 8 mm jet beads.

The center and cross are sterling silver and of unusually large size.

The cross is 75 x 40 mm - which is more the size of a pectoral cross than traditional rosary size.

Length is 60 cm or 24 inches .

The rosary will easily go over any size head to be worn with a fantastic effect, mainly due to the large size of the center and that of the cross, which is usually the size of a pectoral crosses, all contrasting with the black faceted beads.

It is beautiful in its simplicity but extremely well done and very rare.
