This kit is a model of the original East Broad Top supervisor\'s stone farmhouse in Orbisonia, Pennsylvania with laser engraved cut stone walls. Footprint including farmhouse: 3-5/8” X 11 ¾” This kit is for the annex only. The main house is sold as a separate kit. See DL411. Shingles not included in these kits allowing you to utilize the shingles of your choice. Detailed instructions and templates included. Combine this with other items to save on shipping.
