This is a NIB Eemax SP3512 instantaneous electric water heater. Will elevate water temperature 48 degrees F (AT A 0.5 GPM FLOW RATE). These heaters are basically designed for hand washing, not much more. This requires 10 gauge wire and consumes 3.5 KW and 29 amps. Activates at 0.3 GPM flow. Included is a 0.5 GPM 27 TPI aerator which will fit most faucets but not guaranteed to fit all. 15/16 outside and 55/64 inside. Check against your faucet\'s specifications.
