This necklace has all the elements of a great gem. It is so hard to find these eminently wearable classic jewels! The dramatic Egyptian Revival necklace speaks for itself. The images are dramatic. It is composed of mixed metal with enamel decoration. The chain is a coin link motif. There are red and blue glass beads and a faience scarab. The necklace is unmarked. It dates to the Art Deco period c1920-1930.
The necklace is in fine period condition. The enamel is as seen in the photos. The necklace is 19 inches (48 cm) long. The pendant portion is 3.5 inches (9 cm) wide and 5 inches (12.5 cm) long.
