Returned or exchanged products must be in the same good condition and undamaged.

Any merchandise that has been altered or tampered withcannot be returned.

Once the item has been received & inspected by us, we will be glad to refund your PayPal account.

For the first 14 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges (for items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit).

If the item is damaged or anything missing you must notify us immediately within one day of delivery time.

No returns will be allowed for products that are damaged while in customers possession or control.

Please ship your parcel back to West.Coast freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry,West.Coast cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost(the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether youwould like the item to be replaced, exchanged (if item is available), or refunded.
