Adelightfully decorative vintage chandelier.
Its ceiling rose is a riotous swirl of embossed feathers with a scalloped rim and it has a particularly lovely chain with alternate large decorative and plain links joining to the central column with a largehook.
The column is stunning,dominated by a largecentral urn that has a super undulating rim and embossed with sweeping flutes all around. A bronze pedestal in the same pattern sits on the burnished top of the centre body, and from here extend the five arms of the light.
Each of thearms are embellished with luscious plumes along the length and have dense candle holders at each end, all with an intricate lattice design embossed on the underside. The light holders stand proud of these, all enhanced with more plumage and all are complete with faux candle sleeves.
As can be seen in the pictures the striking base of the chandelier carries on with the sweeping decorative themes seen elsewhere on the light, making it particularly lovely when hung, a large embossed finial completes it.
In excellent vintage condition, theheavy bronzehasgained a warm golden patina over the years.
Agorgeous chandelier rich withdecorative detail, itwould be an eyecatching addition to any setting.

The chandelier is fully functional and takes6 screw in bulbs(not included), however as with all vintage lighting it should be checked by a qualified electrician before use.
