The top of the dress is luxurious black velvet.
Sweetheart neckline.
Fluttery layered short sleeves.
Basque waist.
Full sweeping red taffeta skirt.

Great vintage condition, no rips, stains, holes or major flaws/damage that I can find.

I do accept returns with money back. I ask as a courtesy that you notify me of your intent to return as soon as possible after receiving your purchase. I ask that you let me know as soon as possible, because I am a very small business & I need to be able to budget the refund into my expenses. I appreciate your understanding.

Please return the item within 30 days. Buyer pays return costs. I do not charge a handling fee, so shipping costs are nonrefundable as they are an expense, not a profit. I use the automated return system so you can print out your return label through . This will include a delivery confirmation tracking number so we can both know when I receive the package. Once I have received the item in the satisfactory condition, I will refund your purchase price ASAP.
