I inherited this from my mother and have no information except the face says Elgin.I discovered the stand by accident.It is in great shape, please refer to photo\'s.It is a wind-up necklace and is 24 inches long.I did wind it up very lightly and it is keeping perfect time and I will rewind it before I mail to some lucky purchaser!
