Elizabeth Austin Asch (American, 20th/21st Century) Mixed media including steel, iridescent paint, clear plastic and prismatic foil. These are designed to reflect light differently depending on the angle of the viewer. Asch is a Chicago born artist who studied and worked in the midwest before moving to her current location in Paris. Jean Albano Gallery represented her work during the 1990’s and I’m guessing that that’s the period there were created. Back has welded steel hanging bar. When hung the rough measurements are 24in x 20in and 26in x 21in. Measurements for shipping are 22in x 15in and 21in x 19in, Condition: Some minor scuffs and scratches noticeable under scrutiny.
