Artist Biography

London Art Institute artist Elle Smith hasbeen producing and distributing art worldwide for over a decade.

In the early nineties whilst still a student,her figurative works won her a finalists place for an exhibition at theNational Portrait Gallery, London for which she had two pieces entered. This credited her with a degree, and also ledto a collection of works be submitted for consideration into the InternationalDesign Awards, Stuttgart in 2001. Seen as a rising figure within the portrait and figurative world, she moved oninto the design field to further develop her skills and broaden her techniquesand medium.
Today, Elle centres her work around her home life, three young children and growing family. Having since developed her skills as an artist with Saatchi &Saatchi Online, 8 out of 10 Mums Make, and the Siott Gallery London, she hassince been credited with being associated with being represented by the EssexWildlife Trust.
