The next item up for your consideration is aEmerson 12\" Electric Desk Fan 3 Speed Oscillating Type 29646 Antique Brass Fan. The fan turns on and works and will even oscillate I just had to figure out how to get it done. The paint is in OK shape but could be cleaned up or even restored. The brass blades are in good shape and this fan moves a TON of air. There is a HUGE chord on this and it has to be replaced at some point in the distant past. There is some rust on the bottom from setting but all three speeds work! I would have it serviced, oiled and rewired before using it but that is just me!
