New addition: I will disassemble the house and ship all of the contents along with the original directions on how to reassemble. Easy to do, just takes time. It is heavy (as it should, since it is high quality) so shipping is not cheap.

Otherwise, the house must be picked up.

The Brinca Dada Emerson House

A mid century modern style dollhouse. Not only are these non traditional, modern miniature houses difficult to find but this company, Brinca Dada, is no longer in business making this specific house even rarer. It is very solid and made of quality materials. On the top is a solar panel that powers the lights found throughout and the two “fireplaces”. There are large working sliding plexiglass doors and a moveable staircase.

It measures 30” x 23” x 19” when folded closed. When open it makes an L shape that is 30” in one direction and 49” in the other. The House is in excellent condition. It was taken out of the box, assembled, and has sat ever since then. It was not played with so it is in new but out of the box condition. There are a few marks on the plexiglass, etc that we’re there from the manufacturer.

This would make a great display for a collection of miniature chairs or if you pick up some of the sets of Brinca Dada furniture (can be found here on ), this would make one amazing dollhouse for some lucky young person.
