This ring belonged to my mother and she had it ever since I could remember or for over 60 years. It is yellow and white 14K solid gold and marked \"pms 14K\" on the inside (the \"ms\" is underlined). The center diamond is3/16th of an inch in diameter (looks to be 1/3rd carat to me). And, there are 10 diamonds that surround the ring or 5 on each side. I took my mother to the jeweler\'s when she had the 4 prongs redone. So,the 4 prongs are in excellent condition. I am not a jewelry expert so please see pictures or ask questions.

I went to Kay Jeweler\'s and they measured a:

*** 1/4th carat diamond which measures 4mm or 1/8th inch. (Kay Jeweler\'s cost for a 1/4th diamond in a Tiffany Setting is on salenow from $669.now $599.) And, they said 10 small diamonds would bring up that cost.

*** 1/3rd carat diamond measured 4.2mm. (Kay\'sis $900 now on sale $799 - Tiffany Setting). 10 smalldiamonds in the ring would bring up that cost.

*** 5mm equals 3/16th of an inch. See last picture.

So, according to Kay Jeweler\'s, the diamond in thisring islarger than a1/3rd carat diamond.Again, I am not a jeweler or jewelry expert so offerwhat you think the ring is worth to you.

**** I am pricing this ring less thanif it were a 1/4th center diamond & that does not count the 10 small diamonds.

Condition: Excellent vintagecondition with no damage to the ring. This ring is \"used or \"preowned\".
