This is a delicate and lovely piece. The carving on the cameo is quite detailed and the lady featured is quite beautiful. I had the piece tested and it is real gold, but I am not sure how many karats. The piece that slides on the pin is not gold. It measures about 2.5\" long.A great piece for your collection!
